Sunita brings a very logical and methodical approach to real estate. This most likely comes from her degree in the study of sciences. Her experience with real estate started well before her career and she’s no stranger to getting her hands dirty. Having owned several rentals and flipped a few homes, Sunita has seen a lot.
Her real estate career began at a large firm. With hundreds of brokers and a scattered workforce, it was evident early-on that Sunita wanted to bring a personalized high-touch experience to the real estate process….Our Craft Agency was born.

Adam started his real estate career in college where he double majored in Finance and Real Estate at the prestigous Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.
Attracted to the tangibility of real estate as an investment class and the ability to uniqely introduce leverage to maximize returns, he’s personally built a successful income producing portfolio. Assets span townhomes to single family, from the vibrant South-end to the cash flow intense university area. Most recently, he's scouting vacation rentals in the western mountains outside of thriving Asheville, NC.
